About Us

Falcon Venture Partners is an early and growth stage AI-centric venture fund that takes an active management approach to VC. Our partners and members of an investment committee bring deep domain and due diligence expertise. We invest in FinTech, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Consumer Goods companies with early revenue, a product, a distinct value proposition and diverse teams. Our partners are accomplished entrepreneurs, executives, and investors with operating experience in the US, Europe, and the Balkans. We have a prior track record of building startups, raising funds, and profitable exits through M&A. Our main offices are in Sarajevo and New York City.

We seek to invest in companies that are looking to make AI integral part of their business model, either as an enhancement to their existing products, or as a core product. Our pipeline consists of companies with strong technological fundamentals, cohesive teams, and experienced entrepreneurs with a successful track record of building profitable businesses. Ned Lomigora

Ned is a Founder and Managing Partner at Falcon Venture Partners. His work in AI started at MIT AI Lab, where his research resulted in the formation of the Auto ID center, which received significant funding.

Ned was a managing partner of a private equity fund investing in advanced manufacturing companies. He has built and successfully exited several technology startups in the US and advised numerous startup founders over the course of his career.

Ned has built a global software consulting business catering to Fortune 100 clients and launched an AI startup. Ned graduated from MIT with MS, and IIT with BS, both in Mechanical Engineering.

Musan Duric

Musan is a General Partner at Falcon Venture Partners. Musan is a Managing Director at Werth Ventures overseeing $100M in healthcare venture capital investments where he is responsible for execution, sourcing, due diligence, negotiating and structuring investments. Musan sits on boards of several portfolio companies.

Previously Musan worked in Finance at Aetna/CVS Health Supporting the development of transformation initiatives & products. Musan started his career in fixed income covering a $1.2B portfolio of investment grade bonds and below investment grade bonds and loans.

Musan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received a B.S. in Finance. He is also an MBA candidate at the University of Connecticut in Finance.

Roberta

Roberta Brzezinski

Roberta serves as Chair of the Investment Committee at Falcon Venture Partners. She is the CEO of Capitalworks Emerging Markets Acquisition Corp and Managing Partner of Capitalworks Emerging Markets Advisor, both subsidiaries of Capitalworks Group, an independent alternative assets management firm investing across a range of strategies in global emerging markets. Roberta brings over 20 years of principal private equity investment experience to FVP.

Roberta began her career as an Investment Officer at International Finance Corporation and has held several management positions at private equity firms, both US based and internationally. She also served as a senior deal leader for a Canadian pension fund, Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec. Roberta has successfully acquired and grown companies in retail, real estate, and financial services, with lead responsibility for operational and financial management, and has exited growth equity, quasi-equity, and mezzanine investments. As a Chief Investment Officer at TAU Investment Management, Roberta led investment strategy, built a deal team, generated a $500 million deal pipeline, and advised on fundraising for a startup private equity manager with presence in New York and Asia. She was also one of the four original partners of Abris Capital Partners, a Central European growth buyout firm now investing its third fund.

Tatjana Vucic

Tatjana is a member of the Investment Committee at Falcon Venture Partners. Tatjana held leadership roles at the Ministry of Science and Technology of Republika Srpska, Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka, IT company LANACO, telecom company MTEL, and Bit Alliance, the leading association of IT companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tatjana was named Woman of the Year 2021 in Bosnia, and named one of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise and Innovation by Euclid Network.

Tatjana is very active in the non-profit world where she was President of the Board at BH Futures Foundation, and founder of Youth Camps for Programmers. Tatjana is a certified NLP Coach, Inspire Expert and TA Practitioner consulting top leaders in the Balkan’s, EU and USA. She is a member of MENSA International. One of the titles Tatjana is the most proud of is being a single mother of three children.

Tatjana holds an BS in International Economics and Management, MS degree in Innovation and Technology, both from BOCCONI University in Italy. She attended LSE, Cambridge University, University of Sussex, HEC Montreal, University of Chicago, and University of Illinois, and completed her degree in Strategic Management and Leadership at HARVARD University, with the highest GPA.
